Logistics -

Shipping: After your order has been finalized it will generally be processed and shipped within 48 hours unless otherwise noted. Prices do not include the shipping, handling and insurance, if desired. These expenses are paid for by the customer. We typically use either FedEx Ground unless you purchase a quantity which warrants using freight. Please let us know if you are in a hurry and we can arrange to use FedEx Express. It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address for delivery. We will require a physical shipping address, no PO Boxes. If you are a company, please indicate the company name followed by "attention to" your name.

Payment: We accept payment via Money Order, Cashiers Check, Personal Check or via Paypal (with verified shipping address only). Please make payments to: Caribbean Coolers, Inc. In addition, we accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Illinois residents will be charged current state sales tax as well as all non-commercial sales orders. Items will be shipped once payment has been received, and in the case of Personal Checks once they have cleared (typically 7-10 working days). We do not ship the item just on confirmation of the payment - payment must be received.

Return Policy: All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Returns must be pre-approved by issuance of a return authorization by Caribbean Coolers. Please call, fax or email for this authorization. Returns must be made via pre-paid freight unless we make an exception due a shipping error on our part. All shipping, handling, insurance and freight are non-refundable unless we created the error. Returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Only unopened items will be considered for return.

Damaged Shipments: All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. All "Obviously Damaged" packages should be refused. If your damaged shipment was delivered by FedEx, please call 1-800-GO-FedEx and report the damage. If your damaged shipment was delivered by truck freight, please contact the freight carrier at the phone number on the carrier's bill. After contacting the Carrier or FedEx, please call Caribbean Coolers, Inc. at 847-924-7864 for further assistance with the damaged shipment, and to make arrangements for a replacement.

Machine Lubricant -

Syrup Pump -

The least expensive measuring dispenser you can buy. Fits standard gallon jugs (glass or plastic) - great for slush mixes and sno-cone syrups. These syrup pumps can easily be adjusted to fit half gallon jugs as well (such as, cocktail mixes, smoothie mixes and coffee mixes). One stroke of pump delivers approximately one ounce. Made entirely of plastic with stainless check 1 oz. pumps.
