Reservations and Payment Information

Caribbean Coolers recommends you reserve your frozen drink machine at least two weeks or more prior to your event.  However, during peak times such as: July 4^th, Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day, Super Bowl as well as Halloween, New Year’s Eve, and Christmas - you may need to book your order sooner.

Feel free to either email, fax or call us with this information.  We will then prepare a price quote, confirmed availability and get back to you as soon as possible.  A $50.00 deposit is all that is required to guarantee your reservation.  Please note that if the reserved date is beyond one month that we will require the security deposit in the form of a personal check.

*Please indicate if there are any stairs involved in the delivery, since the machines are very heavy. If numerous stairs or flights of stairs are required, you will be responsible for moving the equipment as a part of our rental agreement.

The above information will remain 100% confidential at all times.

Cancellation Policy

If your reservation is cancelled, the $50.00 deposit will be applied to your next rental.

Payment Information

Caribbean Coolers accepts payment by Cash, Check or Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard or Discover). 

We require the payment in full upon picking up the machine.

Things to Remember

• Power must be available upon delivery.  Minimum requirements are 110 volt 20 amp dedicated circuit (NEMA 5-20 receptacle) for most equipment. If you do not have a 20 amp circuit, please let us know. We do carry some equipment that operates using 15 amps - common in all homes and private residences.
• Water must be available upon delivery.  Chilled water works best!
• You must supply your own alcohol, if desired.
• If using alcohol, please have it available when we deliver the frozen drink machine for your event.  That way you will be assured that your first delicious batch is properly set up.  Alcohol cannot be added directly into the machine.  It must be mixed with the batch prior to being poured into the machine.
• Please remember that drinking and driving is illegal and dangerous. Be a responsible host and be sure your guests have a designated driver.  Caribbean Coolers accepts no responsibility for any alcohol added to drink mixes by the Customer.
• Using any other mix in our machines is prohibited and the Customer accepts fully responsibility for any damages caused to equipment.  In addition, Carribean Coolers will not guarantee the quality of these drinks.
• Caribean Coolers accepts no liability for damage or injury resulting from misuse of equipment by Customer, including movement of equipment or other alteration of equipment as installed by Carribbean Coolers.  The Customer assumes complete and full financial responsibility for the equipment, including liability for misuse and payment for repair in case the equipment is damaged through neglect or misuse.
• Keep the frozen drink machine in the shade if you're using it outside, during the day.
• If you plan to supply your own glassware or plastic cups, we recommend that they hold no more than 10 ounces.  Larger cups will lead to waste as people hold the drinks till they melt, then pour them out and get a refill.
• You can save any leftover frozen drink you might have in containers or freezer bags and store it in your freezer. They are certainly good later and you won't have any waste.
• If any problems or questions arise during your party, Caribbean Coolers is only a phone call away to answer them!
